Rose Center for Earth and Science

The centerpiece of the Rose Center for Earth and Space exhibition is an 87-foot-diameter, 2,000-ton sphere that houses the Hayden Planetarium.  The building includes hands-on exhibits, interactive experiences, omnipresent technology, media and real-time learning at every level. The Rose Center attracts both adults and children to participate physically and intellectually in the education and exhibition programs.
